What does it mean to be healthy?

Like many people I know, I’ve been on a never ending journey toward a healthy lifestyle. Each day, I take stock of my choices, consequences and advantages, weighing them to find the perfect answer. And through this inventory i’ve discovered that the simplest answer is balance. Recipes, exercise regimens, homeopathic options, and my own personal remedies will be on the agenda.

I enjoy cooking daily, running, dancing ballet, singing, taking my vitamins, and loving to maintain my balance.

Take the time to cherish your body and everything it does for you. Be good to yourself.
